P.C. :- By order dated 10th February 2011, Civil Application for bringing heirs of sole Appellant was allowed and amendment was directed to be carried out.

Thereafter, the Appeal was placed before the Registrar (Judicial) and time was granted on several occasions to carry out amendment. Finally, the Registrar (Judicial) has endorsed that for a period of five years, amendment is not carried out. By way of last chance on 10th March 2017, the amendment was directed to be carried out by 7th April 2017.

Till date, amendment is not carried out. In view of this position, the order dated 10th February 2011 stands recalled and the appeal is dismissed as abeted.
