This Court (Coram : P.N. Deshmukh, J.) had granted interim relief in favour of the applicant vide order dated 5th March, 2018 and the applicant was directed to be enlarged on bail in the event of arrest on furnishing P.R. bond in the sum of Rs.25,000/- with one surety in the like amount. The said interim relief was confirmed vide order dated 17th April, 2018 on the same terms and conditions.

Dusane 2/2 501 app 875.2018.doc Learned counsel for the applicant seeks modification of the orders dated 5th March 2018 and 17th April 2018 and prays that the applicant, in the event of arrest be directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing P.R. bond in the sum of Rs.25,000/- with one or more sureties in the like amount.

The order is modified accordingly.
