ORDER:- We are inclined to dispose of the present Writ Petition by directing Respondent Nos. 2 and 3 to decide the representation filed by the Petitioner for transferring the Petitioner in any Zilla Parishad School of Mokhada Taluka in view of the Government Resolution dated 15 December 2004, being handicapped person. It is made clear that the concerned Respondents to decide the said representation, as early as possible, preferably within two months from today.

Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of, with liberty. There shall be no order as to costs.
