Learned counsel for the Applicant states that the Applicant was on bail pending trial as well as pending Appeal. She submits that the Applicant has not misused or abused his liberty while on bail. She submits that the Applicant is ready to deposit the fine amount of Rs.1,00,000/-. She submits that out of the said fine amount of Rs.1,00,000/-, the Applicant has

deposited a sum of Rs.30,000/- in the trial Court earlier and will deposit the balance sum of Rs.70,000/- also in the trial Court, within two weeks from today. The said statement is accepted.

Since the Revision Application has been admitted by a separate order, the aforesaid Application is disposed of and the sentence of the Applicant is suspended and the Applicant is enlarged on bail on the following terms and conditions:-

ORDER

(i) The Applicant be released on cash bail in the sum of Rs.20,000/-, for a period of four weeks;

(ii) The applicant shall thereafter furnish P.R.Bond of Rs.20,000/-, with one or two sureties in the like amount, within a period of two weeks of his release.

Accordingly, the Application stands disposed of.
