The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is not intending to take admission on the basis claiming to be a Tribe and as such, this petition may be sent back to Nagpur

It has also been stated that Santosh, father of the petitioner has filed a petition being Writ Petition No.3753 of 2018 which is pending for hearing at the Nagpur Bench and, therefore also, this matter may be transmitted to Nagpur to be heard along with the Writ Petition No.3753 of 2018 filed by Santosh, father of the petitioner.

In view of the above statement and prayer, the registry is directed to transmit the matter to Nagpur Bench for being heard along with Writ Petition No.3753 of 2018 filed by Santosh, father of the petitioner at the Nagpur Bench. Necessary steps to that effect be taken immediately.
