By this Civil Application, the Applicant Insurance Company is seeking condonation of 21 days delay in filing the First Appeal challenging the judgment and award dated 06.02.2016 passed by the MACT, Pune in MACP No.782/2012.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the Applicant and the averments made in the Application, I am satisfied that the Applicant has made out a Basavraj G Patil 1/2

Hence, the following order:

a) Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a) which reads thus:

"(a) That the delay of 21 days in filing the appeal be condoned."

b) Civil application stands disposed off accordingly.
