Writ petition challenges the impugned judgment and order dated 6 April, 2017 passed by the Appellate Bench of the Small Causes Court and judgment and order passed by the Trial Court in RAD suit 3.

On 16 January, 2024 and 23 January 2024 when the matter was called out, none appeared for the petitioner. Even today when the matter was called out, nobody appears for the petitioner.
