P.C.:- This Petition is filed for the following reliefs :- (a) Issue an appropriate Writ/Order, directing the Respondents to take steps to delete the lands belonging to the Petitioners from acquisition, for Respondent No.3 as has been done in case of other lands from village Musalgaon, pursuant to notification dated 10.7.2009.

(b) Issue an appropriate Writ/Order, declaring the actions of continuing the acquisition proceedings and passing of award in case of land belonging to the Petitioners, by Respondents, to be illegal, null & void and being violative of article 14 of the Constitution of India, being arbitrary and discriminatory.

Mr. Joshi, the learned counsel for the Petitioners does not dispute that the award in respect of the subject land was passed even before filing of the Petition. In the light of this, reliefs as claimed in the Megha 1/2

Megha 20_wp_6715_2016.doc present Petition cannot be granted.

The Petition is accordingly dismissed.
