Learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner made submissions that though belated, the respondents have complied with the earlier orders passed by this Court and granted promotion on merits. 2.

Considering the submission, by keeping all points open, including liberty to the petitioner to make a representation for belated action of promotion, we are inclined to dispose of the present Contempt Petition as no case is made out to issue any such notice.
