DATE : 24th JULY, 2023 P.C:- This is an application seeking amendment to the writ petition. Learned counsel Ms.Khairnar would submit that inadvertently the impugned order that has been annexed to the writ petition is the one in which the respondent is the appellant. She seeks leave of this Court to replace the said exhibit with impugned order in the case where the petitioner was involved which is order dated 14th December, 2017 in Revision Application No.4 of 2014 annexed as Ex.A to the interim application.

Having heard learned counsel and having perused the application as well as the annexures, let the amendment be allowed. Civil application is made absolute as prayed for.
