This is an application under Section 439 of Cr.P.C. for bail in C.R. No.826 of 2014 registered with Mahatma Fule Chowk Police Station for the offence punishable under Sections 420, 406, 507 r/w 34 of Indian Penal Code.

At the outset, the Learned APP submitted that, the trial pertaining to the present crime has already started and two witnesses have been examined. He further submitted that PW-2 is in the witness box and his evidence is being recorded by the Trial Court. Aarti Palkar 1/2

Apart from the said fact, there are other two crimes pending against the applicant. In view of the above, I am not inclined to release the applicant on bail.
