This Appeal is preferred by Oriental Insurance Company Limited against the judgment and award dated 9th March, 2016 passed by the Motor Accidents

Rane 2/2 FA-258-2017 (SR. 44) 21.12.2018 Claim Tribunal in M.A.C.P. No. 223 of 2013.

The parties have arrived at consent terms and settled the claim. The consent executed on 8th December, 2018 are taken on record and marked 'X-1' for identification. Copies of Aadhar Card of respondents no.1 and 2 is annexed to the consent terms as their proof of identity. Respondents no.1 and 2 are present before the Court. They admit the consent terms.

The Appeal is disposed of in terms of the consent terms. Office is directed to refund the statutory deposit of Rs.25,000/-. Refund of court-fees as per Rules.
