Mr. Mundargi, learned senior counsel appearing on behalf of the Applicant, having taken instructions from his client, submitted that if the appeal itself is placed for hearing, the Applicant would not press present application for bail. Statement accepted. In view of the statement, application is disposed of as not pressed.

Considering the fact that the Applicant is in custody for more than 7 years, we are inclined to expedite the hearing of appeal. Let the appeal be placed on final hearing board in the week commencing from 30th March 2020.
