Having heard the learned Government Pleader and the learned counsel for the respondents herein (original petitioners in the PIL), this application is allowed. The Registry is directed to transfer PIL No. 62 of 2015 from the Aurangabad Bench to the Principal Seat at Bombay. Upon transfer, PIL No. 62 of 2015 shall be heard along with PIL No. 115 of 2015.

Authenticated copy of this order shall be issued to the parties.
