In view of the order passed by this Court in writ petition bearing No.1997 of 2014 dismissing the said writ petition, in my view this Writ Petition No.7886 of 2013 which is filed impugning the order passed by the authority converting the agricultural land into the non-agricultural land does not survive. Writ petition is accordingly dismissed. No order as to costs.
