The applicant came to be arrested in Crime No. 241 of 2021 registered at Khadkwasla police station for the offences punishable under Sections 354-D, 376(2)(j), 376(2)(n), 323, 504. 506 and Sections 4, 8 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act. 3.

I have heard the learned counsel for the applicant and the learned APP for the respondent-State and perused the statement of victim. 4.
