The application is filed for bail in C. R. No.134 of 2017 registered with Manchar Police Station for offences punishable under Sections 306, 498-A, 504 and 506 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code. Both the sides are heard. Papers of investigation were made available.

The deceased was married to the Applicant on 20.06.2007. She committed suicide in the matrimonial house on 12.06.2017. Allegations are made that Applicant was ill-treating her and there was illegal demand of money. He was even beating the deceased as she was not bringing money from her parents. committed suicide by hanging herself. The Postmortem report is seen by this Court. The deceased has left behind two issues. The submissions show that the Applicant is behind the bars since 12.06.2017. In view of the nature of allegations and material on record, it is not desirable to keep the Applicant behind the bars till the disposal of the case filed against him. The learned APP has drawn this Court's attention to the apprehension expressed by the Complainant's side before the Sessions Court that the Applicant would not tamper with the witnesses. Due to the apprehension of the Complainant, conditions can be imposed.

In the result, application is allowed. The Applicant is to be released on bail on his furnishing P.B. And S.B. of Rs.50,000/- with one or more solvent surety in the like amount. The Applicant will not tamper with the prosecution witnesses. He is not to commit similar offence. The Applicant is directed not to go to the vicinity of the residential place of the Complainant and witnesses and not to contact them.
