By this petition under Article 227 of Constitution of India, the Petitioner defendant is challenging the order dated 05.03.2015 passed by learned Ad-Hoc District Judge-2, Sangli below Exh. 44 in Regular Civil Appeal No. 98 of 2013 rejecting defendant's application for carrying out repairs work of the suit property i.e. school.

Both the Counsel submits that Regular Civil Appeal No. 98 of 2013 is kept for final disposal on 20.08.2016.

Considering the fact that Appeal is kept for Sneha Chavan 1/2

a) Appellate Court is directed to dispose off Regular Civil Appeal No. 98 of 2013 on next date i.e. 20.08.2016.

b) All contentions of both the parties are kept open.

c) Writ Petition stands disposed off accordingly.

d) Parties to act on authenticated copy of this order.
