In pursuance of the order dated 15th December 2022, the petitioner has filed affidavit stating that the trial Court has decided nine cases which were filed after the date of filing of the petitioner's case. If that be so, the petitioner has made out a case for direction to the trial Court to decide the application in a time bound manner.

The Judicial Magistrate First Class, Panvel is directed to decide Miscellaneous Criminal Application No.969 of 2014 within a period of six months from today.

The writ petition stands disposed of in the above terms. No costs.
