Heard the Petitioner in-person and learned APP for the State. By this writ petition, the Petitioner is seeking a direction to the Respondents to register an FIR against Respondent No.2, as per the allegations made by him in his complaint dated 7th August 2014, copy of which is annexed at Exhibit-A to the petition.

The reliefs which have been sought by the Petitioner in this petition, were earlier sought by him by filing several Criminal Writ Petitions and Applications in this Court. The premise on which the reliefs were sought in all those petitions and applications, is the the very same complaint. Learned APP for the State drew our attention to all those proceedings and orders. After perusing the record, we are satisfied that the present petition is bereft of any merit. Nothing new is brought on record. If the Petitioner is aggrieved by earlier orders, his remedy is to approach higher Courts.
