The only relief sought in this petition is to cancel the nonbailable warrant issued against the petitioner passed by the Court of Sessions on 14th February, 2022 and 19th July, 2022. 2.

Learned Advocate for the petitioners pointed out Rojnama dated 19th July, 2022 which indicate that the Advocate for the petitioners (Appellant Nos. 2 and 5) was present in the Court and application for exemption from appearing was preferred on behalf of the appellant before the Sessions Court. The said application was rejected considering the fact that in the past non-bailable warrant on 14th February, 2022. The Court issued fresh non-bailable warrant. The petitioners are from Nagpur and it becomes difficult for them attend the proceedings before the Court at Mumbai. learned Advocate for the petitioners on instruction submit that the Sunny Thote

Considering the aforesaid circumstances, the non-bailable warrant issued against the petitioners by learned Additional Sessions Judge in Criminal Appeal No.50 of 2014 on 14th February, 2022 and 19th July, 2022 are quashed and set aside. 5.

Writ Petition is disposed of.
