The prayer in the petition is to direct the learned Magistrate to decide the pending application to expedite the hearing of complaint. According to the learned Advocate for the petitioner, the Magistrate has refused to accept the application for expediting the complaint. The petitioner will be at liberty to file application for expediting the complaint. If, the petitioner files such application before 15th November, 2022, the Learned Magistrate shall decide it in accordance with law.
