Learned counsel for the applicant submits that trial has commenced. The complainant and victim have been examined before the trial Court. It is submitted that both the witnesses have not supported the prosecution case. It is apparent that the trial would be over within a short span of time. In the circumstances, it is expected that the trial Court would complete the trial expeditiously and conclude the same within period of three months. Hence, application for bail is not considered at this stage. Application stands disposed of.
