This is an application for relaxation of condition imposed upon the applicant. The applicant has been convicted under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act by an oder dated 17.6.2009 and the applicant has been directed to report Dombivli Police Station once in every three months. The learned counsel submitted that from the date of the order his client is complying with the said condition. In view of the same, the aforesaid condition imposed upon the applicant by order dated 17.6.2009 is modified and the applicant is hereby directed to report to Dombivli Police Station once in six months on 1st Monday of the said month between 11.00 a.m. to 1.00 p.m. The rest of the conditions imposed upon the applicant by order dated 17.6.2009 are not disturbed.
