Heard learned counsel for the Applicant. Though Respondent is served, none present for the Respondent. 2.

It is contention of the learned counsel for the Applicant that, Applicant has filed Petition for divorce which is pending at Civil Judge Senior Division, Panvel and the Respondent has filed Petition for restitution of conjugal rights at Civil Judge Senior Division, Baramati. The Petition filed by the Applicant is pending at Panvel where Petition filed by the Respondent is pending at Baramati.

Considering the submission of learned counsel for the Applicant. I pass following order.

ORDER

(i) The Application is allowed.

(ii) Hindu Marriage Petition No.215 of 2022 pending at Civil Judge Senior Division, Panvel be transferred to Civil Judge Senior Division, Baramati.
