We have heard the learned Counsel for the Petitioner. The learned A.G.P. points out that the Pune City Autorickshaw Federation has already filed representation with the Transport Commissioner. The Petitioner submits that Pune City Autorickshaw Federation is the parent body of the present Petitioner. As the Federation has already approached the Transport Commissioner, it is for the Transport Commissioner to take decision about the representation filed by the Federation.
