This is an application received through jail. The applicant herein has filed this application for reduction of sentence imposed by the learned 61st Metropolitan Magistrate, Kurla, Mumbai vide judgment dated 26th February, 2015 in C.C. No.1556/PW/2013 under Section 379 of IPC.

The said relief can be obtained by way of appeal before the appropriate appellate court. The applicant who is in custody may be informed accordingly.
