1. An order of attachment of immovable property dated 7th July 2022 issued by the Recovery Officer, Regional PF Commissioner - II, Regional Officer, Pune (Cantt) is under challenge in this writ petition.

The total dues are in a sum of Rs.1,37,37,334/-. Out of such sum, the petitioner has allegedly deposited Rs.19,00,000/-.

3. We may not examine the petitioner's claim at all unless it deposits Rs.50,00,000/- within a period of two (2) weeks from date. Such deposit shall, however, be without prejudice to the rights and contentions of the respondents.

4. In the event, the petitioner produces documentary evidence in support of such payment of Rs.50,00,000/- within the stipulated time before the Registrar General of this Court, the writ petition shall be listed on 11th October 2022 under the heading "For Directions". If no such documentary evidence is produced, the writ petition shall stand dismissed without reference to the Bench.
