The learned counsel for the parties i.e. Shri Kiran Joshi for the Petitioner and Shri C P Deogirikar for the Respondent No.1 tenders the Consent Terms bearing today's date i.e. 06th May 2015 evidencing the settlement arrived at between the parties. The Consent Terms have been signed by the learned counsel for the parties i.e. Shri Kiran Joshi for the Petitioner and Shri C P Deogirikar for the Respondent No.1 as also by the Petitioner and the Secretary of the Respondent No.1-Society Shri Stephen Nazareth who has been authorized to do so by a Resolution of the Society dated 29/03/2015 which is annexed to the Consent Terms. The Petitioner and the Secretary of the Society are identified by their respective advocates. The Petitioner on being queried states that the said Consent Terms are acceptable to her and that she has signed the same of her own free will and volition. The Secretary Shri Stephen Nazareth also states that the said Consent Terms are lgc

wp-379.00 acceptable to the Society and that they have been signed by him of his own free will and volition pursuant to the Resolution dated 29/03/2015 passed by the Society. The Petitioner has also filed an Affidavit in support of the Consent Terms stating therein that the Consent Terms are acceptable to her. The Consent Terms and the Affidavit are taken on record and marked as "X" and "Y" for identification respectively. The above Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of in terms of the Consent Terms.
