This application is filed through jail. The Applicant has made grievance against Advocate Subhash Hulyalkar. The Applicant has stated that he wants to change the advocate, however, advocate Subhash Hulyalkar is not giving NOC. The Applicant is not willing to continue Mr. Subhash Hulyalkar as his advocate. In the circumstances we direct Vakalatnama of Mr. Subhash Hulyalkar be discharged. We further direct Registrar (Judicial) to appoint an advocate from the panel of legal aid advocates to represent the Appellant in aforesaid appeal. That be done within four weeks from today. Registry shall communicate this order as well as the name of advocate appointed to represent the case of the Applicant in aforesaid appeal. This application stands disposed of.
