Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that along with the nomination paper, an affidavit is required to be filed, copy of which is annexed at Exhibit "C" to the petition. Learned counsel submits that the said proforma of the affidavit is contrary to the Rules and Regulations. The petitioners would be adversely affected in case they are made to file such affidavit.

In the facts, we find that the election process is already set in motion. Today is the last date for filing nomination. We are not inclined to interfere at this stage. In case the petitioners have any grievance relating to election process, the petitioners are at liberty to resort to appropriate remedy after the election results are declared.
