Mr. Sathaye, learned Advocate for the Petitioner on instructions submitted that the sole Respondent - Smt. Gangubai Baurao Tandale passed away on 19th April, 2005. A photo copy of her death certificate issued by Village Development Officer, Grampanchayat Govardhan, Taluka Nashik, is produced on record. He, further on instructions submitted that the Respondent-landlord was not having any close relatives or legal heirs or representative who could have been impleaded in the present Petition as Respondents after her demise and therefore the Petition stands abated. 2.

Mr. Sathaye further states that the Petitioner may be granted liberty either to revive the present Petition or to adopt appropriate proceedings in future, if any one comes forward as legal heirs or representative of the Respondent - Smt. Gangubai Baurao Tandale, for 1/2

In view of the above, the present Petition is disposed off as abated with aforesaid liberty.
