Learned APP has pointed out that appellant has sent letter from jail. Perused the same by which, it is informed that the appellant is not communicated of progress in his appeal and application for suspension of sentence and bail. Wakodikar

Record reveals that in fact, application for suspension and for bail of the appellant is rejected by this Court on 22nd March, 2018. From this letter, however, it is found that appellant is not informed of same and therefore, present application is sent through jail praying for change of Advocate since appellant is not informed of progress.

Considering above aspect, there is no reason to provide other Advocate to appellant. However, Learned appointed Advocate named above be informed from the office of Legal Aid to communicate fact of rejection of applicant's application for suspension and bail to him and pendency of appeal which shall be heard as per its turn.

Application is accordingly disposed of in above terms. 5.

Appeal be shown in the caption of final hearing. 6.
