Heard learned counsel for the Petitioners and the learned APP for the Respondent - State.

By this Petition, the Petitioners seek a direction to the learned 2nd JT.CJJD & JMFC, Pimpri, Pune to decide the Application of the Applicants seeking discharge from the case, being R.C.C.No.2101272/2009.

Learned counsel for the Petitioners states that the Applicants had filed an Application seeking discharge from the said case, being R.C.C.No.2101272/2009.

Perused the papers.

The case is of 2009. It appears that the discharge Application preferred by the Applicants in the trial Court is pending for almost four years and therefore, in the interest of justice, the following order is passed.
O R D E R
(i) The Petition is allowed;
(ii) The learned 2nd JT.CJJD & JMFC, Pimpri, Pune to decide the Application of the Applicants seeking their discharge from the case, being R.C.C.No.2101272/2009 as expeditiously as possible and in any event within two months from the date of receipt of this order;
(iii) Registry to communicate the said order to the concerned Court by fax.

Accordingly, the Petition is disposed of.
