By this petition, the petitioner is seeking direction to the Respondent No.2, Chief Officer of Ambernath Nagar Parishad, Ambernath to reconstruct the petitioner's structure and to restore possession. The record shows that before demolition of the said premises, show cause notice was given to the petitioner and the petitioner had replied to the same.

The petition involves disputed question of law. Therefore, we salgaonkar
