Anjali Tushar Aswale Heard. By this Civil Application, the Applicants are seeking Anjali Tushar Aswale Date: 2018.08.14 17:54:30 +0530 to restore Writ Petition No. 10250 of 2016 which stands dismissed by conditional order dated 18th June, 2018 for non removal of office objections.
The learned counsel for the Applicants submits that inadvertently it remains on their part to remove office objections. He Aswale 1/2

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the Applicants and averments made in the Civil Application, we are satisfied that the Applicants have made out a case for allowing the Civil Application as under:- a) Four weeks time is granted to the Applicants to remove all office objections as per earlier order dated 18th June, 2018 from today. b) Writ Petition No. 10250 of 2016 is restored on file for hearing as per earlier order dated 27th April, 2018 in due course. c) The Civil Application stands disposed of accordingly. No order as to costs.
