The learned counsel for the applicants submitted that he tried to serve notices on respondent nos. 1, 3, 4, 9, 11, 12 and 13 and, therefore, the learned counsel prays that the applicants be allowed to serve these respondents by publication in the newspapers, namely, "Free Press Journal" in English and 'Navashakti" in Marathi. 3.

The learned counsel for the applicants is allowed to serve notices on respondent nos. 1, 3, 4, 9, 11, 12 and 13 by publication in 1 / 2

The learned counsel to produce the copy of the publication of notice in newspapers and also the bailiff report on the next date. 4.
