This writ petition is fled in the year 2015 and is pending admission till 2023. On 20th September 2016, this petition was dismissed, since no one appeared on behalf of the Petitioners. On 10th October 2016, when the matter was again called out, none appeared for the Petitioners. On 20th October 2016, the petition was restored. On 31st July 2017, the matter was adjourned by 3 weeks, at the request of learned counsel for the Petitioners. On 21st January 2019, the Petitioners once again did not appear and the matter was adjourned to 28th January 2019 for admission/

Tauseef 05-WP.8270.2015.doc dismissal. On 13th October 2022, again as a matter of last chance, the matter was adjourned since none appeared for the Petitioners. Today, when the matter was called out again the Petitioners were absent. It seems that the Petitioners are not interested in prosecuting as evident from the above orders. 3.

The petition is, therefore, dismissed for want of prosecution.
