The variation in interim order is claimed on the basis of the decision of the High Powered Committee dated 31/07/2010. There is no justification for seeking variation after a period of almost 5 years since the making of Order dated 31/07/2010. 2.

In the meanwhile, the Petitioner had applied for interim relief which was rejected by the Order dated 18/04/2013. URS

Since hearing of the Petition is already expedited by Order dated 25/01/2010, place this matter on the board for final hearing in the week commencing from 27/04/2015.

There is, however, no case made out for variation of the order, by which interim relief was declined to the Petitioner. 5.
