1) The learned counsel for the respondent No.2, on instructions, submitted that the petitioners who are accused Nos. 4,5,6 and 7 in C.C. Nos. 2160/SS/2013 and 2161/SS/2013 pending on the file of 58th Metropolitan Magistrate, Court, Bandra, Mumbai would be deleted from the array of accused persons in CC Nos. 2160/SS/2013 and 2161/SS/2013. The said statement is accepted as undertaking given to this Court. The petitioners are discharged from the aforesaid two cases. 2) The petitions are disposed off in the aforesaid terms. (A.S.
