DATE : JULY 5, 2021 (VIA V.C.) P.C.:- By an order dated 8/4/2021 the petitioner was permitted to bring the legal heirs of the respondent on record. Learned counsel tendered apology for not complying the order within the time stipulated. He says that necessary amendment will be carried out within a period of one week from today. 2.

Time to carry out amendment is extended by a period of one week from today.

Learned counsel for the petitioner as well as respondent Nos.1a, the legal heir submit that the parties have settled the matter and they have tendered the consent minutes of order and have no objection if the Petition is disposed in terms of the consent minutes of order. The consent minutes of order are taken on record and marked as 'X' for identifcation. The consent minutes of order are duly signed by respondent No.1a. On behalf of the petitioner the same are signed by manager Shri G.B. Kawthankar. The same are also signed by the concerned advocates.

I have gone through the consent minutes of order. I have interacted with respondent No.1a Mrs. Sangeeta Deepak Lad through video conferencing who is present in the ofce of the Advocate for respondent No.1a. She accepts what is stated in the consent minutes of order and abide by the same. Parties state that they will abide by the consent minutes of order. 5.

The Petition is disposed of in terms of the consent minutes of order.

In view of the disposal of the Petition, nothing survive for consideration in the applications. The applications are also disposed of.
