The learned counsel for the Petitioner states that in view of the subsequent developments, he has received the instructions to withdraw Writ Petition No.9039/23. As regards Writ Petition No.13930/23 filed by the State, the learned Addl. Government Pleader states that as per his instructions, the posting order is issued in favour of Respondent-Dr.Kale.

Learned Addl. Government Pleader seeks time to examine whether the challenge in the Petition would survive in view of the subsequent developments.
