By this civil application, the applicants seek condonation of delay of 42 days in filing the second appeal. The applicants have sufficiently explained the delay in paragraphs 3 and 4 of the civil application.

For the reasons recorded in the civil application, the delay of 42 days in filing the second appeal is condoned. 3.

The civil application is disposed of on aforesaid terms. 4.

The applicants are directed to remove all the office objections within two weeks from today. If the second appeal is numbered, the same shall be placed on board for admission as per C.M.I.S. date.
