Heard the learned counsel for the parties.
Office note shows that Civil Application stands dismissed against respondent nos.3 and 4. This application is preferred by Insurance Company for condonation of 36 days delay in filing First Appeal challenging the judgment and award dated 15.1.2014 passed by MACT, Pune in MACP No.630 of 2009.
The learned counsel for the respondent nos.1 and 2 claimant submits that they have no objection if delay is condoned.
