Rule.

By this petition, petitioner seeks an order and direction against the respondent no.2 to declare that the petitioner belongs to 'Thakar - Scheduled Tribe'. Petitioner also seeks an order and direction against Respondent no.2 to consider the Vigilance Cell Report of the father of the petitioner, as well, other documents and to decide the caste claim of the petitioner probably within a period of four weeks as the petitioner is seeking to take admission to professional course from Scheduled Tribe category. 3.

Respondent no.2 Committee is directed to consider the caste claim of the petitioner and to pass appropriate Mohite 1/2

The order passed by respondent no.2 Committee shall be communicated to the petitioner within one week from the date of passing of the order.

It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any views on the merits of the matter.

Respondent no.2 to consider all the documents that would be produced by the petitioner including the Vigilance Cell report of the father of the petitioner, if any, in accordance with law.

All contentions of both the parties are kept open. 8.

Writ Petition stands disposed of on aforesaid terms. 9.

Rule is made absolute accordingly.

No order as to costs.
