The subject matter of controversy in the present petition concerns approval to the Petitioner's appointment as Assistant Teacher from an unaided school to the vacant post of an aided school of the same management under the applicable GRs. The Petitioner is stated to be the senior most teacher working in the unaided post and is entitled to be transferred to aided school and such transfer is entitled to be approved by Aarti Palkar 1 / 2

11.WP.971.2017.doc the Education Authorities on the basis of the applicable GRs. The grievance of the Petitioner is that though the proposal in that behalf is pending before the Education Authorities, the decision has not been yet taken. On these facts, the petition can be conveniently disposed of by directing Respondent No.3 to take an appropriate decision on the pending proposal as expeditiously as possible and in any event within a period of six weeks from today. The Respondent Educational Institution shall cooperate with Respondent No.3 and submit such documents or make such compliance as may be called upon by Respondent No.3.

The petition is disposed of in the above terms. 3.

In view of disposal of the present writ petition, the connected civil applications as well as interim applications in this writ petition are disposed of accordingly.
