1] Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the application.

On 06.04.2022 the Applicant was released on bail subject to condition that he shall deposit an amount of Rs.3,09,500/- within a period of three weeks from the date of his release from jail. However, there is no compliance of this part of the order. 2] The learned counsel for the Applicant submits that the Applicant shall deposit the compliance amount within two weeks from today. 3] The application is allowed subject to aforesaid undertaking. 1/2
