Though time was granted to the Respondents, as there is no response, we are inclined to dispose of the present Writ Petition by directing the concerned Respondent/Department to decide the representation through Advocate dated 30th April,2015 "Exhibit J" to the Petition, as early as possible preferably within six weeks, as the claim is in respect of pending salary, gratuity and pension of the Petitioner who retired in 2011 itself.
