1] Heard learned Counsel for the parties. This is a civil application for condonation of delay of 57 days in filing second appeal. Perused the application. Considered the nature of the

YBG 5-cas-81-16 controversy, and the cause made out in the application having been found sufficient, the civil application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a).

2] Place both the second appeals on board for admission on 27th April 2017. Learned Counsel for the parties state that settlement talks have failed and both the second appeals will have to be argued on their own merits ( N.M.JAMDAR, J.)
