The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that in view of order dated 25th July, 2018, the petitioners are supposed to handover the premises on or before 15th August, 2018. The petitioners are accordingly ready to handover the premises, however, as per the said order, the respondent-Vengurla Municipal Council was directed to repair, stop the leakage and seepage, paint the temporary alternate premises and hand it over in a good condition to the petitioners, but it is not done so. Hence, he seeks extension of time to vacate the premises.

If there is violation of the order passed by this Court by the respondent-Vengurla Municipal Council in respect of repairs, stopping of leakage and seepage and painting of the temporary alternate premises, then the
petitioners may file Contempt proceedings by filing necessary affidavit. No extension of time is granted to the petitioners for vacating the premises.
